What is a refurbished appliance?

• Velecta® Paris « refurbished » hair dryers and straighteners are products that may have been used briefly by customers, used as display models, and may have slight imperfections. They are repaired perfectly if necessary and reconditioned, thus helping to reduce waste and give them a second life. It's both environmentally friendly and cost-effective for you.

• Velecta® Paris « refurbished » products go through an extremely rigorous reconditioning process : they are carefully inspected, cleaned and tested in order to check their functionality, safety, quality and cleanliness. Although signs of use may be present, this does not affect their performance or safety. We carry out tests to ensure that they meet our quality and performance standard. Any imperfections you may notice are purely cosmetic : micro-scratches, light scratches or marks, for example.
