What is a refurbished appliance?

• Velecta® Paris « refurbished » hair dryers and straighteners are products that may have been used briefly by customers, used as display models, and may have slight imperfections. They are repaired perfectly if necessary and reconditioned, thus helping to reduce waste and give them a second life. It's both environmentally friendly and cost-effective for you.

• Velecta® Paris « refurbished » products go through an extremely rigorous reconditioning process : they are carefully inspected, cleaned and tested in order to check their functionality, safety, quality and cleanliness. Although signs of use may be present, this does not affect their performance or safety. We carry out tests to ensure that they meet our quality and performance standard. Any imperfections you may notice are purely cosmetic : micro-scratches, light scratches or marks, for example.

TGR 3600 XS hairdryer, now known as the ICONIC TGR 1.7, is the undisputed featherweight champion and darling of numerous professional hairdressers in France and worldwide. It weighs 335g in hand with a power output of 1740W and a maximum volume of 68 dB(A) – reasons enough to fall in love with it! While TGR 3600 XS has been rechristened with a name that does justice to its reputation – it’s now ICONIC TGR 1.7 – it has lost none of the qualities that made its reputation in the first place. And in passing it’s been treated to a new colour scheme you’ll simply die for.

Featherweight, quiet and powerful: since it was first released in 2003, TGR 3600 XS has been a big hit with professionals and home users alike thanks to its unparalleled combination of lightness and power and low-key profile. These characteristics mean it has obtained MSD Prevention certification for preventing the onset of musculoskeletal disorders, and has taken on the status of an icon in hairdressing salons. So, it was only logical to give it a name that reflects its image – which is exactly what we’ve done with ICONIC TGR 1.7.

TGR 3600 XS, now known as ICONIC TGR 1.7, gets a touch of colour 

The entire range of Velecta® Paris TGR hair dryers has been given a new colour scheme as it takes on the name ICONIC. But TGR 3600 XS has received preferential treatment: it now comes in a choice of seven colours for ICONIC TGR 1.7: a totally-transparent fuchsia pink, celestial blue, powder pink and – of course – the always fashionable black, white, grey and putty-coloured… choose your ICONIC TGR 1.7 in the shade that suits you best!
