Limitations of the commitment

Geographical scope:                       The "10-year REPAIRABILITY" commitment is limited geographically to France, including the DROM-COM (French overseas departments and regions - overseas collectivities).

Equipment concerned:                 All Velecta® Paris products.

Limiting clause:                                The stock of spare parts for repairs is sized on the basis of actual defects observed by our after-sales service. Despite all our precautions, it is possible that certain breakdowns may go beyond this scope and for which we do not have the parts available. In such cases, our After-Sales Service will provide you with an alternative.
